WFF Visits Lien Centre For Social Innovation

WFF’s Managing Director Lu Bo paid a courtesy call on Mr. Jonathan Chang, Lien Centre for Social Innovation’s newly named Centre Director on Tuesday 23 September 2014. 
Managing Director Lu Bo provided an introduction to the Foundation while Mr. Chang accompanied by Centre Manager Mr. Jared Tham described the roles and functions of the Centre. This was supplemented by discussion on new initiatives presently being developed by the two organizations followed by an examination of new and existing opportunities for collaboration.
Established in 2006, the Lien Centre for Social Innovation is a partnership between the Lien Foundation and Singapore Management University (SMU) to advance the thinking and capability of the social sector. Its vision is to be a thought leader and catalyst for positive social change in Singapore and beyond by catalysing innovative responses to social needs through applied research and capacity building in collaboration with the public, private and social sectors.
