3D City Future China Exhibition Opens in Beijing

The 3D City Future China exhibition opened on November 28, 2009 in the Beijing Center for the Arts. In the afternoon, the International Architecture and Art Invitational Exhibition & Cross Disciplinary Forum was held.
This Exhibition, with an unprecedented scale, combines the power of international and domestic urban planning research experts, top international architects, artists, urban environment and ecology academics, and government and business decision-makers to explore how to construct an ideal living environment as well as the future of urban ecology under the background of shortage of land, energy and other living resources. They are not only urban construction planning art projects of profound significance, but they can also be integrated into an exciting city and social revolution that can change the destiny of mankind. Participating artists included well-known space building designer from the United States, Paul Soleri, and Dutch avant-garde group of architects, MVRDV.
This exhibition will continue to February 28, 2010.
