A preparation meeting for the World Future Foundation (WFF) PhD Prize in Environmental and   Research Award 2015 was held on March 31, 2015 at the Nanyang Technology University (NTU).

The WFF team was represented by Dr. Lu Bo, Managing Director and Office Manager Ms. Julie Chan. After a brief introduction, the WFF team met with Tham Chuey Peng (Ms), Manager from NUS Office of the Provost and Linda Ang (Ms) from NTU’s Graduate Studies Office to discuss logistics and on-going preparations for the Program. Issues that were deliberated include itinerary and workflows specific to the award ceremony, rehearsals and preparatory measures, suggestions for increasing media coverage and invitation of VVIPs to grace the event. At the end of the meeting, Dr. Lu indicated two possibilities of the collaboration for the next phase of the program. He hoped the two universities could further discuss and give feedback accordingly.

The WFF PHD Prize is an academic award established by the World Future Foundation in collaboration with NTU and NUS.
